Teen Media Productions Membership Terms

Before signing up for membership into a Teen Media Productions network (hereon referred to as TMP), you (hereon referred to as a/the member) must agree to the following Terms of Service:

1- Your feed must be valid, containing direct links to your podcast. Truncated feeds for blogs are allowed but not recommended.

2- You have to have at least five episodes/posts.

3- The host(s)/writer(s) must be or be between the ages of 13-19.

4- The member must link to TMP or their TMP profile page on their website. Specific mentions within a podcast are not required but appreciated.

5- A member can be explicit on their blog/podcast but cannot be offensive (making fun of a race, gender, etc.).

6- Members must stay an active community though outlets such as our mailing list or the forums.

7- All members must publish new content on a periodic basis.

8- Accurate membership info must be provided. Upon change, it is the responsibility of the member to report these changes to TMP.

9- All members must report their subscriber, website monthly unique visitors, and monthly pageview info to TMP once a month.

10- Members give TMP a license to syndicate their content throughout TMP and for promotional purposes.

11- The Terms of Service is subject to change at the administrators’ discretion. All changes will be sent out via email to the customer as well as updated on the Terms of Service page.

12- Any Terms of Service changes are automatically agreed to by the customer and administration and take effect company-wide.

Teen Media Productions Ad Program Terms

Before signing up for membership into a Teen Media Productions network (hereon referred to as TMP) ad program, you (hereon referred to as a/the member) must agree to the following Terms of Service:

1- Members agree to provide accurate statistics, as mentioned in the Membership Terms above.

2- Ads must be played or displayed as TMP specifies.

3- Offers for advertisement may or may not be network-wide.

4- Revenue will divided upon the members of the ad campaign in ratio to the amount of statistics vs. total statistics. From that amount, 75% will go to the content creator and 25% to TMP for operating costs.

5- Members can choose to opt out of the ad program and be exclusively a member by emailing TMP.

6- The Terms of Service is subject to change at the administrators’ discretion. All changes will be sent out via email to the customer as well as updated on the Terms of Service page.

7- Any Terms of Service changes are automatically agreed to by the customer and administration and take effect company-wide.
